Tips/Advice of Online Trading

Don’t use an array of objectives in your advertisements. Instead try to focus on how the customers will be benefited by the product.
Give a deadline to order if you have any special offer going on. This will create a sense of urgency among genuine customers.
Be generous in giving client testimonials in your advertisements if you want to give credibility to your products or service.
Think of the long run where you can have a steady profit instead of short term gains. Be generous enough to give bonuses, especially when you are a startup.
Offer money back guarantee. This creates a sense of security among buyers. Online business still involves an element of insecurity among buyers as they can't see the seller directly.
In case you are selling electronic products then be sure to provide a couple of free onsite repairs. Think of what you would have preferred had you been a customer.
Try to give away a free sample. It is not necessary if your product is costly but it free samples definitely has its advantages. Try to give away free gifts if a free sample of your product is costly.
Free shipping is a must. Include a part of the shipment charges into your product charges if shipping charges are too high to given away free. Else, you can even announce free shipments above certain order values.
